Shipping Policy

No shipping will be charged for the purchase of gift cards. We usually ship orders within 3 business days. You will get a notification once your order has been shipped, with tracking information. We also offer free local pick up of ordered items. You will be notified once your order is ready for pick up. Please have your order notice with you at the time of pick up.

Refund Policy

We allow refunds on orders only if the item has not yet been shipped, picked up, or delivered. You must contact us immediately to cancel your order.  Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on any of our items.  Should you have a problem with your product or order, please contact us to make it right.  We will work with individual customers as needed to make situations right.

Generally, we do not allow returns or exchanges.  However, should you have a problem with your product, please contact us and we’ll work with customers on  case by case situations.  Any authorized return will be issued store credit rather than a refund.
